SCC At Home, LLC Managers and Program Coordinators are highly trained coupled with actual years of caregiving experiences with seniors of various health conditions — ranging from Alzheimer’s disease, various dementia, stroke patients, various disabilities — allowing them to provide heartfelt care with ‘real world’ skills and experiences. Those skills together with our proven care system leave our Care Managers/Caregivers equipped to best serve even our most challenging clients.

At SCC At Home, LLC we understand the intricacy of getting older and we are conscious of the emotional and physical demands of both our clients and caregivers. For many seniors, we realize receiving care can seem embarrassing and can erode self-dignity. That’s why we make it our protocol that our caregivers be candid and treat our seniors like their own family members.
Our caregivers excel in customized care situations. Our clients are placed in the care of people trained for their specific needs. Whether your loved ones need a home-cooked meal or more personal care, our caregivers can be trusted to look after them as though they were part of the family.
Different Types of Caregivers
Companions and Homemakers are individuals who provide clients with companionship, housekeeping, cooking, shopping and errands.
Home Health Attendants (HHAs) provide personal care including grooming, bathing assistance and medication reminders. They also provide companionship, housekeeping, meal preparation and errands. We at SCC At Home, LLC make it a point to weave this two types of caregiving essentials into one, making them more equip and flexible to meet our client demands.
All our caregivers are fully screened, pass a stringent national identity and background check, have up-to-date training certificates on first aid and CPR and have excellent references.
