Meet The Face Behind SCC at Home, LLC

I’m Thuan Tieu, the proud owner, agency general manager, and Director of SCC at Home, LLC .

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

Before the establishment of my senior care service, I was a caregiver and still actively working as a CNA (certified nursing assistant). It took years and years of experience before I actually considered putting up this agency. But after constant persuasions from happy families of my patients and my passion for caring for the elderly propelled me to launch my own agency in 2008.

Currently, we service patients around the St. Clara County area and are capable of meeting a broad range of needs. Our motto is “it takes a caregiver to know how to do the business of caregiving.” And, we strongly believe in it, especially when hiring staff to assist our clients.

When I first introduced my business to the world, we experienced several ups and downs. While they were challenging times for us, we’re glad to have experienced them as they helped us learn a lot. Today, we are doing much better and are very stable.

Being able to launch my own business and do the job that I love is very rewarding. I absolutely adore my elderly clients and work hard to ensure that they are well taken care of. Moreover, my team and I are honest in our approach and upfront about our services and prices. We also maintain integrity and deliver services of the highest quality to keep our clients happy.

Over the years, we’ve achieved a great deal of success, and I owe it all to my two program coordinators and caregivers. They enjoy helping the elderly as much as I do, and I cannot thank them enough for their efforts.

When I’m not working or looking after seniors, I like to take care of my family and do a little bit of gardening. Looking after others is a big part of my life, and I enjoy it very much.
